AI Adoption Engineer

The Role<\/strong> As an AI Adoption Engineer, you'll be the bridge between innovation and real-world impact.\n\nYou'll work hand-in-hand with clients to understand how they operate, configure the platform around their workflows and guide them from discovery through deployment.\n\nThink of it as part business consultant, part implementation engineer and part customer success champion. You'll take ownership of onboarding projects, helping clients unlock the full potential of AI within their business while ensuring adoption is seamless and value is clear. What You'll Be Doing<\/strong><\/li>\r\n

• Partner with client stakeholders to map processes, uncover opportunities and translate business goals into AI-driven outcomes.<\/li>\r\n
• Lead configuration and deployment of the platform to align with client environments and data.<\/li>\r\n
• Manage onboarding projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery and great communication at every stage.<\/li>\r\n
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations in collaboration with the product and development teams.<\/li>\r\n
• Create and deliver engaging training and support materials that build user confidence and drive adoption.<\/li>\r\n
• Continuously identify ways to improve client processes and expand AI use cases across their organisation.<\/li>\r\n

• Proven experience in business analysis or project delivery within technology-driven environments.<\/li>\r\n
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.<\/li>\r\n
• Hands-on exposure to low-code or RPA platforms (Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar).<\/li>\r\n
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI is a strong advantage.<\/li>\r\n
• A sharp analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into scalable automation or AI solutions.<\/li>\r\n
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where you'll have real influence.<\/li>\r\n
