Job description
- Lead end-to-end model development (design, training, validation, monitoring) and deploy production ML/AI services.
- Partner with ML/AI engineers to build scalable architectures and real-time inference systems.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and measure value delivery; ensure model governance, quality, and best practices.
- Mentor data scientists; review code, analyses, and presentations to maintain high standards.
- Manage projects and roadmaps with product owners and business teams to prioritise high-impact use cases.
Requirements
- 6+ years' hands-on data science experience with production deployments.
- Insurance domain fluency and understanding of industry data and use cases.
- Advanced Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and strong ML methods (ensembles, trees, regression).
- Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics or related field (Master's preferred)., * Knowledge of RAG and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, feature stores).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and real-time services.
