Senior Cloud Technical Architect

We're looking for a Cloud Technical Architect to join our dynamic and collaborative team, where you'll design and implement innovative multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) IaaS and PaaS solutions for a wide range of clients. In this role you'll ensure quality delivery, influence strategy, and help shape the future of cloud adoption across both platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and delivering AWS and Azure solutions aligned to client strategies.
• Facilitating workshops and presenting technical solutions to a range of audiences.
• Acting as Technical Design Authority and ensuring governance across projects.
• Collaborating on pre-sales activities and proposal creation.
• Contributing to IP development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Mentoring and supporting team members while promoting knowledge sharing.

• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure deployments, including hybrid and cloud-native designs.
• Proven ability to architect and implement multi-cloud solutions using IaaS and PaaS services.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, AWS Core services and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or PowerShell).
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with experience running technical workshops.
• A collaborative, client-focused attitude and passion for driving technical excellence.

It would be great if you had:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (with DevOps or SysOps certification desirable).
• Familiarity with containerisation and serverless technologies (e.g. ECS, EKS, Fargate, API Gateway).
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments and governance or backup services in AWS.

Salary: dependent on experience

Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
