Job description
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, and client scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support upgrades, patches, and deployments in alignment with best practices
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow implementations
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, or Glide scripting
- Experience with Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Catalog Items
- Familiarity with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and CMDB concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- ITIL Foundation certification
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS - ITSM, HRSD, or Discovery)
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades or automation projects
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
