Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer (Lead I - Enterprise Solutions)

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable, and engaging digital experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll lead the development of branded community portals, CMS-driven experiences, and seamless integrations between Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud, aligned with best practices and compliance standards., * Develop and enhance Experience Cloud sites using LWC, LWR, and Flows.

• Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud for partner engagement, lead management, and case workflows.
• Manage and personalize content using Salesforce CMS and CMS Collections.
• Ensure UI/UX consistency with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Build reusable components and contribute to internal frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
• Implement secure access models (SSO, MFA) aligned with governance and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and collaborate in Agile teams using GitHub and JIRA.

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Proven background in community portal and CMS-driven experience delivery.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, accessibility, and governance.
• Experience optimizing performance, personalization, and mobile responsiveness.
