Job description
- Design and develop real-time, high-performance microservices to support Rates and Credit trading workflows
- Deliver full-stack solutions across Java, React, and TypeScript
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand trading needs and deliver impactful features
- Contribute to the design of scalable, event-driven, microservices-based architecture
- Work closely with other engineers to ensure operational efficiency, maintainability, and performance
Requirements
- Strong core Java skills, including OOP, concurrency, and collections
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Background in designing and building RESTful and event-driven APIs
- Familiarity with SQL databases and containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Awareness of front-end technologies; experience with React and TypeScript is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
