Job description
- Monitor daily cyber security operations, including Tessian, Phisher, KnowBe4, and support tickets.
- Assist with compliance activities, audits, and third-party/client assessments.
- Support colleague education through phishing simulations and awareness campaigns.
- Document and communicate security processes clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to security initiatives and raise awareness across the business.
- Help manage security incidents with the Risk Team and stakeholders.
- Maintain effective tracking and monitoring formats.
