Senior C#/.NET Technical Lead (hands-on)

As a Senior C#/.NET Technical Lead you'll be:

• Contributing to the design and architecture of new and existing systems; define technical vision, evaluate new technologies, and align architecture with business goals.
• Developing and implementing software solutions, including complex applications; build & own services/APIs in C# / .NET 7/8 (ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL).
• Mentoring and supporting junior developers; unblock developers, pair on tricky bugs, champion simple standards.
• Working closely with product managers to refine backlog, slice work, give clear estimates and trade-offs.

Sprint Planning, Scrum, * Knowledge of Sitefinity Cloud CMS would be beneficial but not essential.

• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server/Postgres; REST API design (OpenAPI, versioning, error models, idempotency)
• Exposure and use of Agile practices such as Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc, * Knowledge of Sitefinity Cloud CMS would be beneficial but not essential.
