Test Analyst

Qualitest is looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join our growing team, supporting Arbuthnot Latham across multiple technology platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in end-to-end test delivery, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions in a fast-paced financial services environment. You'll be responsible for both Functional and Non-Functional testing (SIT, UAT, OAT, Regression, Accessibility, and Security), while also contributing to the continuous improvement of testing standards, frameworks, and tooling., * Collaborate with Platform teams, BAs, and PMs to define effective test strategies.

• Design, develop, and execute test scripts to validate system functionality and business requirements.
• Support defect management, liaising with developers and stakeholders to track and resolve issues.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new test automation tools and frameworks.
• Manage test environments and test data to support end-to-end testing.
• Champion testing best practices and contribute to process improvements.
