Job description
Our Client, a bank in Central London is looking to recruit a seasoned IT professional to join their IT Support team.
You must have at least 7 to 10 years solid IT Support expertise which covers 1st and 2nd Level support.
This is an office based IT Support position during the working week with occasional out of hours support.
The role will involve working in a team in supporting and delivering all aspect of services and full range of client and user support
1st and 2nd Line Troubleshooting / Analysis, Documentation
Manage IT queries and issues following ITIL best practice to deliver high-standards of IT operations
Work with colleagues and external 3rd support party to deliver resolutions for complex matters.
Requirements
Experienced in using ITSM platforms (halo / service now / manage engine / top desk / alloy navigator)
An understanding of Market Data, Bloomberg, Trader Support.
Microsoft Windows 10 /11 experience to a professional level.
Active Directory, security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP
Citrix XenApps - Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm
Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (DNS - DHCP - VLAN - Proxy Understanding - TCP/IP and OSI)
Laptop VPN troubleshooting and Support.

The salary for this position will be in the range £55K - £65K.
