Job description
This role supports the delivery of DWF's digital marketing performance strategy through reporting, analytics, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimisation. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the role works across the wider marketing team, supporting key internal stakeholders to ensure digital channels and campaigns are effectively tracked, analysed, and continuously improved., * Support regular and ad-hoc performance reporting across digital channels (e.g. website, email, PPC, social, CRM).
- Maintain and streamline dashboards to track campaign metrics and make data accessible for key stakeholders.
- Ensure that data reports provide insights on key metrics and actionable recommendations where applicable.
- Optimise reporting across platforms including HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, and SEMrush.
- Ensure data quality, campaign tagging, and reporting consistency across platforms.
- Assist with SEO performance monitoring and benchmarking.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SEO?, * Strong analytical and digital reporting skills, including experience using Looker Studio, GA4 and HubSpot.
- Understanding of SEO, CRO and website performance best practices.
- Confident in interpreting data to influence digital marketing decisions.
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple reporting needs.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating data clearly.
