Frontend Software Engineer

• Build fast, accessible, and intuitive web interfaces in React / TypeScript.
• Work closely with design and backend teams to bring new ideas to life across Engage50 and Product50.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to code faster, ship safer, and raise the bar for quality.
• Take full ownership - write, test, deploy, and monitor your code in production.
• Contribute to shared design systems and components that power the whole GPT ecosystem.
• You'll collaborate daily with design, backend engineering, product, and sustainability experts - a tight-knit, mission-driven team that ships fast and learns constantly.

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 3-6 years of professional experience with React / TypeScript

• Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, accessibility, browser APIs)
• Prior startup experience and comfort with ambiguity
• Curiosity about using AI tools in the development process
• Desire to use code and AI to accelerate the transition to net-zero
• Experience with Go or other typed backend languages (or a desire to learn) is a plus
• Interest in sustainability or climate-tech concepts is a plus

The base pay range for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 annually + discretionary bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience., * Competitive salary
