Job description
- Supporting the full project lifecycle using CADMID/T or similar models.
- Creating Engineering Management Plans and Systems Engineering documentation.
- Managing and tracing requirements from system to subsystem.
- Designing and integrating system architectures and test plans.
- Leading design reviews and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Driving delivery milestones and applying best practices in risk and opportunity management.
These are full-time positions (37 hours per week) with the flexibility to be based at a range of UK locations, including Plymouth, Bristol, Bath, and Corsham,. Requirements
- Broad experience in Systems Engineering, with a strong grasp of full life cycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of the engineering life cycle, including the V-Model or similar frameworks.
- Skilled in using IBM DOORS, EA Sparx, CAMEO, Siemens Team Centre with hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Proven ability to lead small teams and manage both internal and external subcontractors.
- Strong background in requirements management and systems architecture, delivering scalable and robust solutions. Through systems thinking to be able to see the bigger picture.
- Understanding of UK MOD standards and accreditation processes (desirable).
- Competence in managing stakeholder requirements, tailoring life cycle processes, and overseeing verification, validation, and operational transition.
