- Understood Global's sales operations end-to-end and developed a clear view of how Salesforce supports growth across existing and new markets.
- Mapped out key requirements and dependencies for Sales Cloud internationalisation and contributed to a clear implementation roadmap.
- Built strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Change Management, Marketing, Tech, and local market teams.
- Taken ownership of the discovery, implementation and full lifecycle, facilitating planning, refinement, demos and other ceremonies.
Responsibilities of the role

Partner with the Salesforce Product Owner to define and execute the internationalisation strategy for Sales Cloud.

Develop a deep understanding of the needs, regulations, and nuances of each new market, translating them into actionable requirements.

Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, delivery, change management, and local market teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

Ensure alignment between business goals, Salesforce capabilities, and Global's broader technology strategy.

Prioritise effectively to deliver maximum value across multiple markets while managing complexity and dependencies.

Document, communicate, and evangelise best practices for Salesforce adoption across markets.
