  • Act as the technical authority for the programme, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance throughout delivery.
  • Design Ownership
  • Maintain all High-Level Design (HLD) artefacts and client-facing architecture materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with programme objectives.
  • Change Leadership
  • Serve as the solution lead for all customer-driven Change Requests, assessing impact and guiding design evolution.
  • Technical Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and sustain the programme's technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging requirements.
  • Collaborative Delivery
  • Work closely with programme leadership including the Delivery Managers, Lead Architects and Consultants, and Service & Security Leads to successfully drive successful execution.
  • Trusted Advisor
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical and programme leadership, acting as a strategic partner to align objectives and outcomes.

Role Context

You will join Logiq's Secure Solution Delivery team, contributing to both programme delivery and broader solution innovation. This includes:

  • Peer reviews and technical assurance
  • Input into R&D initiatives and white papers
  • Knowledge sharing through team briefings and technical exchanges

Scope of Impact

The Lead Solution Architect leads solution planning and technical governance across:

  • Hardware, software, and network design
  • Development, integration, and verification & validation
  • End-to-end delivery

Core Duties

  • Conduct systems requirements analysis, functional and timeline analysis, trade studies, and interface definition.
  • Provide technical management, integration oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Influence solution development to meet programme goals.
  • Recommend innovative technical solutions and approaches.
  • Lead technical teams where deliverables have significant impact.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges through conceptual and analytical reasoning.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders on matters critical to programme success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience defining and maintaining technical solutions for large-scale programmes.
  • Deep understanding of technology principles across diverse contexts.
  • Expertise in core IT domains: Cloud, Infrastructure & Networks, Applications, Data (including AI/ML), ITSM (ITIL), Cyber Security, and Automation.
  • Ability to design and deliver complex, mission-critical systems within time and budget constraints.
  • Strong communication skills , both written and verbal, to engage senior stakeholders and lead technical teams.
  • Experience conducting technical solution reviews for major programmes and bids.
