  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes (EKS preferred), including cluster management, Helm, and microservices deployment.
  • Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code patterns in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and cloud governance.
  • Proficiency with scripting/automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
  • Experience working in regulated industries or with security-first engineering environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within financial services or FinTech environments.
  • Knowledge of service mesh, secrets management, and policy governance tools (e.g., Istio, Vault, OPA).
  • Exposure to cost optimisation strategies and FinOps principles.
  • Experience with SOC 2, ISO27001, or PCI-DSS compliance frameworks.
