Technical Architect

A London-based architecture practice is seeking a skilled technical architect or experienced technician for a fixed-term contract lasting three to four months. The role involves contributing to a technically demanding hospitality project, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in working with existing buildings.

The studio has a portfolio of high-end commercial developments across London, and this particular project calls for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience delivering high-quality commercial projects in London
• Ability to work autonomously, particularly at RIBA Stages 4 and 5
• Strong coordination skills with contractors and consultants
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD, with excellent technical capabilities
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
