Job description
We are seeking a Dynamics BC365 System Administrator who will support Dynamics BC365, working closely with GBUK Dynamics Project Manager.
Duties will include:
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central System and its associated extensions to support business users.
- Liaise with our managed service provider (MSP), with user issues and support requests.
- Liaising with our 3rd party software providers for support.
- Ensure new staff onboard successfully.
- Support any BC365 related hardware or software issue.
- Document and roll out new processes and system changes.
- Perform UAT Testing to sign off system changes.
- Roll out processes with Project Administrator.
- Monitor processes with users and document.
- General System Administrator Tasks.
- Support BC Users as and when required.
- Monitor and manage any upgrades to BC and Warehouse related software packages such as Scurri, ForNav and Mobile Nav.
- Prepare and deploy config packs as and when required.
- External Partners and Add In Solutions.
- Liaise with external third-party suppliers relating to BC Add In Solutions
- Work in partnership with Dynamics Project Manager to implement or provide change to any existing solution.
- Work closely with the team on all key projects related to Business Central .
- Work in conjunction with the Dynamics Project Manager and Project Administrator on any API Projects related to BC.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision?, * 1 years of experience working daily with D365 Business Central / ForNAV.
- D365 BC / ForNAV System Administrator or system wide Super User experience.
Desirable
- D365 BC implementation experience or other systems development experience
- Project management and qualifications
- Medical device / ISO 13485 experience
