Elixir Software Developer (Junior level)

As a Junior Software Developer at Eebz, you will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining software for both new and existing products and clients. Working in a team of around 7 developers, you will have a minimum of 1 years' professional experience in software development and be an integral member of the team and indeed the business as a whole. To ensure success, you should have fundamental understanding of the Elixir programming language and basic knowledge of frontend programming (ideally JS) and using a framework like Vue. You also should have the ability to learn new technology quickly and work in a team environment., * Writing and debugging code

• Troubleshooting software issues

• Working closely with all developers to improve product's functionality

• Developing innovative solutions

• Attending developer meetings

• Participating in code reviews and quality assurance activities

• 1+ years professional experience as a Software Developer

• Good fundamental knowledge of Elixir, ideally with some professional experience working with thelanguage

• Some experience and understanding of frontend programming, ideally with Vue.js

• Some understanding and experience of working with dev ops and database systems like Kubernetes and a cloud system like Azure, GCloud or AWS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Highly developed attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, * Are you located within a reasonable commuting distance, and would you be able to reliably commute to the office on a regular basis
