Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Deep knowledge of Hyper-V - clustering, replication, and performance optimisation
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and networking
- Exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, or hybrid cloud environments
- Understanding of storage solutions (SAN/NAS)
- Excellent troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills
