This graduate opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about software development and eager to launch their careers in tech. As part of the MHR Software Academy, you'll embark on a structured onboarding journey tailored to your skills, with a phased training program that builds your confidence and capabilities. You'll gain hands-on experience with a variety of technology stacks including Java (JavaEE, Hibernate, Docker), .NET (C#, NHibernate), and web technologies (HTML, TypeScript, SCSS). The Academy is built to support your aspirations, offering mentorship, practical learning, and exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies. Through tutorials, pair programming, and real coding tasks, you'll develop the skills needed to thrive in a professional software environment.
