Manage and enhance Windows-based infrastructure , including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services . Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and infrastructure issues across multi-site environments. Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless end-user experiences. Mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute to infrastructure improvement projects. Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and enterprise end-user computing . Proven track record in PowerShell automation and scripting for process optimisation. Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Prior experience within financial services or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
