Job description
- Define and lead the AI-powered B2B integration strategy across Oracle Fusion and connected systems.
- Define and own the B2B integration strategy and roadmap for Oracle Fusion and related systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Architect modern EDI, API, and event-driven integration frameworks that leverage AI, LLMs, and automation for intelligent partner connectivity.
- Implement smart diagnostics, predictive monitoring, and AI-assisted onboarding to improve accuracy, performance, and uptime.
- Partner with data, AI, and architecture teams to embed machine learning and generative AI within business workflows.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, governance, and Responsible AI guardrails across all platforms.

- Establish standards, governance, and best practices for B2B/EDI processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business process owners, technical teams, and external partners to streamline integrations and trading partner connectivity.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through AI and automation, including:
- Smart error diagnostics and auto-resolution recommendations
- Predictive transaction monitoring and exception prevention o AI-assisted partner onboarding and document mapping o Intelligent dashboards for transaction analytics and performance insights
- Provide subject-matter expertise on B2B, EDI, and supply chain integrations across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders for all B2B-related initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT solution architecture or system integration within enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, particularly in Procurement, Order Management, or Supply Chain.
- Strong hands-on expertise with B2B/EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, cXML, UBL, OAGIS) and integration protocols (AS2, SFTP, REST).
- Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java, and modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience building LLM and AI applications with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and cloud-native architecture.
- Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven automation and analytics in integration or supply chain contexts.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
