Finance Systems Analyst

As a Finance Systems Analyst you will play a key role in supporting our current and future Finance systems by providing administrative support, enabling continuous improvement and organising the Finance Change pipeline.

The role includes 2-3 days per week collaborating with your peers at our offices in Harrogate, we also offer flexibility, including hybrid working and flexitime.

You'll be someone who enjoys making systems work better for people. Confident acting as a central point of contact for finance systems queries, you'll provide initial support and help users navigate change with professionalism and care. You'll bring strong communication and customer service skills and be comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint. An interest in developing technical skills-such as BI reporting or SQL queries-will be a real asset.

You'll have experience supporting finance systems and managing change requests, ideally including ERP or planning software. You'll be familiar with maintaining accurate records, supporting system testing, and preparing documentation and training materials. You'll understand the importance of data governance and accuracy and be able to support reporting and analysis across multiple systems. Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, data, and finance will help you thrive in this role.
