GenAI Senior Product Lead (Transformation)

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business change., You'll work closely with our GenAI Transformation Director to define and deliver a strategic roadmap that unlocks the full potential of GenAI across UK Insurance. From reimagining customer and colleague experiences to embedding ethical AI practices, you'll be instrumental in building scalable, responsible solutions that deliver real value., * Lead the development and execution of our GenAI strategy across the enterprise.

• Establish and contribute to a GenAI capability hub to accelerate delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and support functions to identify high-impact use cases.
• Drive the implementation of GenAI solutions from concept to production, ensuring agility, governance, and ethical standards.
• Partner with external experts to stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends.
• Support the Centre of Excellence to position Admiral as a leader in responsible AI adoption.

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, Hybrid (Cardiff) preferred, with flexibility to accommodate individual circumstances., * Proven experience in technology-led business transformation.

• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, tools, and implementation approaches.
