Job description
- Provide first and second line technical support for users experiencing issues with Windows, Mac OS systems & Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Assist customers with Microsoft Office applications and VPN connectivity.
- Document support requests and resolutions in our helpdesk system.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions., Black Cat provide IT Support and AV solutions for businesses based in Kent and London, we are based in Lordswood, Chatham at our newly refurbished offices. Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in VoIP?, We are looking for an experienced 1st Line / Entry 2nd Line Engineer to join our help desk team! Ideally you will have one years' experience, be an awesome communicator, polite, punctual, a die-hard professional with a passion for IT and customer service!
You should be proficient in, but not limited to:
- Windows 10 & 11
- Office 365 Applications & administration
- Mac OSX
- Exposure to VoiP telephony, 3CX in particular
- Full driving license and own vehicle
- DBS Clearance
- Managed Service Provider Background
