Product Validation & Qualification Team Leader

Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering<\/strong> (or equivalent experience).<\/p>\r\n

Experience in product validation, verification and qualification<\/strong> in a regulated or high-reliability environment.<\/p>\r\n

Strong technical understanding of electronics, firmware\/software integration<\/strong> and high-voltage or power systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

Familiar with certification standards<\/strong> (HV safety, EMI\/EMC, thermal, vibration testing, etc.).<\/p>\r\n

Confident leading and coaching teams - encouraging growth, inclusion, and shared success.<\/p>\r\n

Skilled in communication and cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\r\n

Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)<\/strong>, PLM tools (e.g.\n\nWindchill)<\/strong> and Agile working<\/strong> is an advantage.<\/p>\r\n

It Would Be Great If You Also Have<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Experience in automotive, aerospace, defence, rail or other highly regulated sectors<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

Knowledge of systems engineering<\/strong> or test automation<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

Understanding of product certification<\/strong> or cybersecurity compliance<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

What You'll Do<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Lead, support and develop<\/strong> a multidisciplinary team of around five validation, qualification and test professionals.<\/p>\r\n

Define and deliver<\/strong> the product test and qualification strategy, ensuring alignment with engineering and quality standards.<\/p>\r\n

Plan and manage<\/strong> resources, priorities and project deliverables in collaboration with design and product teams.<\/p>\r\n

Oversee<\/strong> the operation of the R&D test lab, budgets and performance indicators.<\/p>\r\n

Promote <\/strong>strong engineering standards and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, HSE and quality procedures.<\/p>\r\n

Stay hands-on<\/strong> - mentoring the team, reviewing test approaches, and supporting product validation directly when needed.<\/p>\r\n

Drive<\/strong> continuous improvement, technical discussions and innovation across the team.<\/p>\r\n

Provide<\/strong> clear communication and updates to stakeholders, fostering a transparent and collaborative culture.<\/p>\r\n
