Senior UX Designer

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to turn efficiency opportunities into impactful user experiences. You'll work in the early discovery phase, visualizing ideas and designing concepts that make complex workflows simpler and smarter.

5+ years of UX design experience in discovery or strategy phases.

Strong in journey mapping, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping.

Excellent visual storytelling and collaboration skills.

Comfortable with ambiguity and conceptual thinking.

Nice to Have:

Experience in consulting or transformation design.

Exposure to service design, systems thinking, or automation-focused projects
