Job description

StrikeWeb is Delian's high-performance autonomy control platform, enabling real-time coordination and supervision of robotic agents deployed in dynamic, real-world settings.

As a Full Stack Product Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the platform's capabilities across the entire software stack with the goal of delivering clear operational value to our clients and users. You will lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and reliable products that serve as the operational nerve center for autonomous systems. Your work will directly empower field operators to interact with complex robotics infrastructure starting with clear, real-time visualization and control interfaces and continuing with reliable and modular mission execution.

This is a mission-driven engineering role ideal for engineers who are motivated by building scalable, reliable and impactful production-critical systems.

In this role you will get to

  • Design and build high-performance, real-time components for robotics command and telemetry products.
  • Lead design and implementation of systems that deliver clarity and responsiveness under mission-critical workloads.
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle from idea to design, implementation, testing and refinement.
  • Collaborate closely with robotics, cloud, and ops engineers to integrate telemetry, control signals, and diagnostics into intuitive web-based workflows.
  • Engage end users to gather actionable feedback, perform usability testing, and iterate quickly on product improvements.
  • Drive quality through code reviews, performance profiling, and design standardization across StrikeWeb.

Requirements

Do you have experience in gRPC?, * A degree in engineering or similar field.

  • A track record of building, deploying and maintaining successful software products to actual users with clear goals and accomplishments.
  • 2+ years of backend development experience building and deploying production-grade scalable services.
  • 2+ years of frontend development experience building and deploying production-grade scalable applications.
  • Proficiency in understanding SaaS application architectures.
  • Proficiency in one or more full-stack programming languages such as Python, Typescript and deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.
  • Experience with developing interactive web applications with modern frameworks (e.g. React, Svelte)
  • Experience with API design for product apps (Client/Server, REST, Websockets, Grpc)
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services for delivery, compute, storage, and networking.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern build/deployment/testing toolchains (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, Playwright).
  • Experience integrating with and/or building effective telemetry, monitoring, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
  • Experience designing real-time dashboards, mission control interfaces, or robotics tooling.
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics or geospatial visualization (e.g., Three.js, deck.gl, Mapbox, Cesium).
  • Contributions to open-source frameworks, product infrastructure tools, and/or monitoring systems.
