The Role

You'll be developing high-quality, scalable Java solutions as part of a small, talented engineering team. • Hands-on with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
  • Experience across 3 or more of the following:

AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, EKS, CloudFront, etc.)

  • Works well independently and as part of a close team

Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD, Kafka, ELK stack, NoSQL, Spring Security, OAuth2, or front-end tech (React, React Native).

About You

You're the kind of developer who:

  • Loves solving complex problems and takes ownership of outcomes
  • Wants to work on impactful projects with modern tools and methods
  • Is passionate about learning and mentoring others
  • Isn't afraid to share ideas, challenge norms, and help shape best practices

Benefits & conditions

  • Negotiable salaries (depending on experience - typically £35k-£65k)
  • Hybrid working (2 days in office)
  • All certifications and training covered - continual learning is encouraged
  • A genuine focus on work-life balance
  • A tight-knit team of engineers who love what they do and push each other to be better
