You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including business strategy, operations, and engineering-to translate complex problems into scalable AI systems., Develop and deploy machine learning models and automation workflows

Build data pipelines and integrate models into business systems

Analyse financial and operational datasets to uncover insights

Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions

Collaborate on AI governance, compliance, and model lifecycle management

Optimise existing models for performance, reliability, and accuracy

Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the organisation

2-5 years of commercial experience in AI/ML engineering

Strong Python skills (plus SQL and experience with modern ML frameworks)

Background in financial services, banking, or fintech

Experience building production-grade AI systems (MLflow, Airflow, FastAPI, etc.)

️ Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure)

Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

️ Experience with data engineering, MLOps, or automation tools is a plus
