Job description
IPC International, the procurement and supply chain partner supporting Subway Franchisees has an excellent opportunity for a Data Administrator to join the Data team on a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave., Responsible for the management of our master data on product and price changes, data validation and maintaining the integrity of our core business data.
Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all data within the product and pricing element of IPC Internationals enterprise system tool., * Manage master data including new product setup, maintenance of commercial terms, status updates, and accurate entry and validation of pricing data.
- Generate reports and analyse through ongoing validation and maintenance of pricing and product information.
- Monitor and track price adjustment activity, ensuring timely removal of expired adjustments and accurate monthly KPI reporting.
- Investigate and resolve data-related queries in collaboration with relevant data owners to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Manage finance-related queries, particularly those arising from supplier discrepancies during volume submissions, and track query volumes for KPI reporting.
- Execute the monthly price list reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to relevant stakeholders.
- Produce delisted product reports for Subway and other key stakeholders to support product lifecycle management.
- Provide accurate and timely data outputs to both internal teams and external partners, supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee governance and validation of supplier data in Ivalua, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procurement requirements.
- Monitor and manage the centralised data mailbox, ensuring queries and requests are actioned in accordance with our SLAs.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Managing master data
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Desirable to have Power BI skills however we will train on the job
