Test Lead

La Fosse is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Non-Functional Test Lead on a contract basis.

The role is responsible for defining and executing the non-functional testing strategy, including performance, load, and disaster recovery testing across multiple systems.

Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Test Lead will guide test design, execution, and analysis, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and infrastructure.

• Proven experience in documenting and implementing non-functional test strategies, including performance, load, stress, and disaster recovery testing
• Hands-on experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) and analyzing results to identify bottlenecks
• Experience planning and executing Disaster Recovery (DR) tests across multiple systems and applications (e.g., Endur, Kafka, TRM, FRAME, FDH, Discovery, Cliq)

Non functional Test Lead - £700 per day inside IR35 - London (hybrid 3 days per week in the office) - Performance testing experience

Please note: This role requires candidates to be able to commute into the London office 3 days per week.
