Forward Deployed Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer required for a well-backed start-up to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to real-world problems. You will work directly with users and influence product decisions with real autonomy from day 1., * Work directly with customer stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite leaders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions

• Create and support the systems that keep core workflows running seamlessly, enabling smooth, scalable onboarding
• Translate analytical data to customers and internal teams into clear and implementable insights
• Integrate real-world feedback to enhance performance, reliability and usability
• Deliver accurate analytics and actionable insights to customers and internal teams

You will be language agnostic, comfortable across the stack and have excellent communication skills to complement the nature of a customer-facing environment., * 1-5 years professional Software Development experience

• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, Typescript, Java, Go, Rust or C ++
• Thrives in customer-facing, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills
• In office by default
