Job description
- People Management - Support Depot Managers with recruitment, performance management, training, team development and promoting a culture of teamwork and excellent communication.
- Review workloads and staffing levels to ensure operational targets are met and the Depots run smoothly.
- Manage stock control and inventory checks.
- Monitor the P&L accounts and provide guidance to maximise revenue.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed and supporting our culture of Zero Harm.
- Working with all Departments across the business to maximise efficiencies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Profit & loss?, * An experienced People Manager with an ability to listen, communicate and make decisions thinking of the bigger picture.
- An excellent Team player with the ability to utilise the wider OSH team to maximise results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Practical understanding of budgets and monitoring P&L statements.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage high volumes of work.
· Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and in house systems.
