Backend Software Engineer

You'll join a small, agile team building the core of our data intelligence platform. Working closely with the Head of Engineering, you'll design, develop, and deploy backend systems using Python microservices, helping to scale fast and deliver real impact!

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain backend features with strong test coverage
• Contribute to architecture and API design
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Promote best practices in coding and DevOps
• Collaborate across teams to ship reliable, high-quality software

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong skills in Python and API development
• Knowledge of microservices, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• (Bonus) Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
