- Support colleagues with IT problems (e.g., hardware, software, systems)
- Set up new starter user accounts and devices
- Diagnose and fix basic tech issues
- Keep users up to speed with incident progress and resolution activities
- Work with third-party tech support and IT equipment vendors
- Learn from experienced colleagues and grow your skills
