Opportunity to progress your career as part of a hugely talented team at a rapidly expanding scale-up software house that is developing a highly complex network cyber security platform; the platform monitors network protocols in real-time, parses the commands and data structures to extract key metadata which is then analysed by in-house algorithms and allows customers to detect hackers, malware, data leakage and other malicious activity.
As a Graduate IT Security Operations Engineer your role will be split between working with clients to onboard them to the platform services and providing troubleshooting and technical support during this process whilst also developing your knowledge and skills around Security Operations, Threat Hunting and Offensive Security.
Requirements
- You are degree educated, having achieved above 3.6 GPA or above from an Ivy League university - Computer Science or Cyber Security preferred; MSc advantageous
- You have completed relevant technical internships
- You have a good understanding (and interest in) low level concepts including operating systems and networking
- You have a keen interest in Cyber Security and understanding of key concepts and protocols
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a US citizen or hold the right to work in the US (Green Card)
- Ideally you will have achieved at least one of the following professional certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CISSP certification, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Cloud security, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CompTIA CASP+, CompTIA PenTest+ Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
