What you will do

  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent IT projects, from scoping through delivery

  • Develop project plans, budgets, and risk logs; track progress and report to leadership

  • Draft RFPs, evaluate suppliers, and manage vendor relationships

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the firm, ensuring buy-in and alignment

  • Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation review, including ROI analysis

  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes

Requirements

We are partnering with a prestigious London law firm seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their technology team. This is a permanent opportunity, leading diverse projects across infrastructure, cloud, and business systems that directly impact how the firm operates., * Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in IT or technology-led change

  • Familiarity with professional services or similar stakeholder-heavy environments

  • Strong understanding of project governance, documentation, and risk management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) desirable but not essential
