We seek a M365 Digital Adoption Professional to join our Strategy and Architecture team and help maximise the value of Microsoft 365 solutions., * Collaborate with end users to develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate M365 applications into existing systems
- Customise and extend Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, CoPilot, and other M365 components to optimise workflow and business processes
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for M365 applications
- Maintain current knowledge of the latest developments and best practices related to M365

Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, The successful applicant will possess substantial expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and services, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and CoPilot. A thorough understanding of the technical dimensions of Microsoft 365-covering integration, customisation, and troubleshooting-is required, complemented by strong communication and mentoring abilities and a commitment to keeping abreast of emerging trends and updates within the M365 ecosystem.
