You will play a central role in building advanced AI systems that accelerate progress in the physical world, transforming industries such as aerospace, healthcare, and energy that are still slowed by outdated, manual systems. • Apply expertise in LangChain, semantic search, RAG, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) to build scalable AI agents and tools.
• Ship production-grade code from day one and take full ownership of your projects.
• Develop technical specifications, build features end-to-end, and ensure reliable performance and scalability.
• Collaborate across functions to solve complex challenges in infrastructure, AI systems, and customer-facing applications.

Do you have experience in Analysis skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with a proven track record of building and shipping production-level software.

• Deep knowledge of large language models, agents, and multimodal AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, semantic search, indexing, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high sense of ownership.
