Mid-Weight Web Developer

You'll be hands-on across the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to coding, testing, and launch. You'll work closely with our designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality websites that perform beautifully and meet client goals., * Develop and maintain bespoke WordPress websites

• Create custom themes and plugins, and integrate third-party APIs
• Optimise website performance, security, and accessibility
• Collaborate with designers to turn concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
• Participate in code reviews, QA, and ongoing site maintenance
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Are you a talented and ambitious web developer with strong WordPress experience? We're looking for a mid-weight developer to join our in-house team. Experience with Shopify is a bonus but not essential., We're looking for someone who's self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building fast, functional, and future-proof websites., * Strong experience in custom WordPress development (themes, plugins, ACF, Gutenberg)

• Solid understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Experience working with MySQL databases
• Strong grasp of website performance, SEO, and security best practices
• Familiarity with Git and modern deployment workflows

Desirable Skills

• Proven experience with Shopify (Liquid templates, theme customisation, Shopify CLI)
• Experience with WooCommerce and other eCommerce integrations
• Knowledge of Shopify Plus or app integrations
• Experience with Laravel or another MVC framework
• Understanding of Linux servers and command line
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for front-end collaboration
