UI/UX Designer

• Design and prototype engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine user journeys.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover key insights and drive design improvements.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, accessible, and intuitive design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent.
• Design marketing websites and landing pages that maximise engagement and conversions.
• Apply strong design fundamentals - contrast, hierarchy, and consistency - to ensure usability.
• Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and evolving business goals.

You're a creative problem solver who's as comfortable with UX research as you are with crafting stunning UI designs. You care deeply about user needs and know how to balance creativity with practical business outcomes., * Proven experience designing both web applications and marketing websites.

• Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX research techniques (interviews, usability tests, surveys).
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills

• Awareness of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support collaboration.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Hotjar or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and A/B testing for data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
