Job description

We're looking for someone who understands how a field service business operates - including scheduling engineers, managing maintenance jobs, managing admin and billing -and who can now utilise that experience to train and support our customers as they onboard to our software.

You'll guide new clients through setup, deliver online training, and provide remote support to help them maximise the benefits of our system.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Bookkeeping?, * Experience managing or supporting field engineers or service teams

  • Background in Fire & Security, Electrical, or Service Maintenance/Repair/Install
  • Confident using job or field service software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bookkeeping or Sage/Xero/QuickBooks experience will be an added advantage., * How many years experience do you have working in Fire & Security or other service maintenance and repair industry?
