What matters most is that you bring curiosity, energy, and the ability to inspire students with your knowledge and experience. We'd especially love to hear from you if you can offer one or more of the following: A critical awareness of AI systems, and the ability to help students engage with them thoughtfully. Practical design and making skills that expand how students experiment and prototype. Experience of leading seminars and creating discussion-based learning. You'll likely be active in professional networks or communities of practice, and, familiar with the contemporary debates, companies delivering specialist activities. Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, Do you have a Master's degree?, shaping the UX field, Experience of working with higher education students is desirable, as is engagement with questions of decolonising design and climate justice principles. Most importantly, you'll be comfortable working with diverse groups and committed to supporting an inclusive student experience.
