Job description
- Lead the design and delivery of analytical projects that uncover customer behaviours and business opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using visual storytelling and effective communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making processes.
- Drive innovation by introducing new analytical techniques, tools, and data sources.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Digital Analytics function, including tooling, training, and data quality.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Proven experience in customer insights and analytics, ideally within a digital environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teams through direct line management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and platforms like GA4 and Databricks.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
- Experience in applying machine learning, segmentation, and forecasting techniques to real-world problems.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
