We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our growing QA team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our business systems. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers, you'll help deliver high-performing software solutions that meet user needs and support our wider transformation projects., * You have around 2-3 years of experience working as a Software Tester or QA Engineer, with strong hands-on experience in manual testing across web and mobile applications
- You have broad knowledge of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, ideally gained in an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environment
- You are experienced in using test management tools and familiar with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
- You have excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You're a confident communicator, able to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical audiences
- Having exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or UI Path RAP) and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps would be an advantage, as would any relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB) or knowledge of performance, security, or cloud-based testing such as Azure
