Integration Lead

You'll take the lead on integrating OT and IT environments, ensuring alignment between digital manufacturing initiatives and enterprise IT strategy. From securing critical infrastructure to standardising systems across multiple facilities, this role sits at the heart of innovation, governance, and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading OT/IT integration projects within manufacturing environments.
• Driving the deployment and governance of MES platforms.
• Securing OT environments in line with recognised standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST CSF.
• Establishing and leading governance structures or working groups for OT/IT integration.
• Ensuring alignment between digital manufacturing and enterprise IT strategy/architecture.
• Fostering collaboration between IT, plant operations, and security teams.
• Championing IIoT and edge computing technologies across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Standardising OT systems globally - addressing challenges, sharing lessons, and driving consistency.

• OT Systems & Industrial Control Technologies (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMI).
• MES Platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, AVEVA/Wonderware, or similar).
• Cybersecurity Standards & Tools relevant to OT environments.
• Enterprise & OT Architectures, particularly in a manufacturing context.
