Lead Frontend Developer

I'm currently looking for a Lead Front End Developer to join a London Based Trading company as they continue to scale and grow their development team.

This company has been growing substantially over the last 2 years and are expanding again with exciting projects lined up in their trading technology teams. The company is based in central London and have a very autonomous working culture, where employees are given the freedom to implement solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to set the agenda for all FE development company wide and determine and unified approach towards development. They need someone who is technically excellent and is able to define and implement best practice across multiple products.

This is an in office position in central London, with some flexibility to 4 days a week after 3-6 months.

• Excellent hands on React and Typescript skills with a passion for Front End technology
• Has experience making technical decisions and determining approach
• Comfortable in delivering change base of these decisions
• Previous experience working in Trading or Finance is desirable but not necessary

Package

• base salaries up to £140K with TC over £200K
