Head of Data Architecture- What You'll Do

• Lead the vision - define frameworks, standards, and operating models for enterprise data architecture.
• Be hands-on - design and enforce conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Innovate with modern platforms - work with Snowflake, Databricks, or SAP Datasphere/SAP BW to build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate and influence - partner with architecture, engineering, governance, and business leaders to ensure alignment.
• Develop talent - mentor and grow a high-performing team of data professionals.

• Extensive experience in data architecture and modelling at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, metadata, master data, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, SAP Datasphere or BW).
• Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF, DAMA, Kimball and regulatory standards (GDPR, DPA).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
